This has been posted more than twice without any proof and I can't find any that proves your statement. I've looked and looked until I was blue in the face on the SEC's website.
You need to prove your statement with some information from SEC regulations. I am long this stock also (almost 1/2 million shares) - This statement about short covering due to the dividend doesn't need to be thrown around, especially if it false. As I recall, I don't think they covered with the initial dividend.
If you're going to post this unfounded statement, you need proof.
A cash dividend is different than a stock dividend.
I have no problem with your statement of being long and receiving the dividend, that's common knowledge.
