i had zero doubts .. re: P2O (disruptive tech in an emerging sector)
happy to see the 8K filed (waiting on PR i presume is en route either
today or early next week)

happy as hell to have the company in *transition* mode in 2015

imo keys besides SS (share structure) are legal settlement (EO April)
and BoD seated (imo approx May)

that is the signal even the colluding entities who *orchestrate* the OTC with impunity >> can't ignore

as always .. best to all P2O investors ..
