Meridian...the gov doesn't do stuff like that without good reason...which they need for the search warrant.. Probably a whistleblower involved.

I agree M. There's no way Offor kept any 'incriminating' correspondence in the Houston office. And, yes, this will validate the integrity of SirEmeka's operation. This was probably, in the overall scheme of things, a necessary 'cleansing' step the company had to take to be considered a viable takeover or buy-in target.
