Hold on your mistaken, they don't need 120 million if they can refinance or extend the loan! WHO SAID THEY HAVE TO HAVE IT AND NEED IT? Only you take those inferences and assumptions, I dont feel that way at all and I'm sure many other investors don't see it your way either.
