I believe that is called insider trading and is highly illegal.

I heard the summary of projects noted on the stock radio......that said, I find it interesting that there are no press releases on many of the projects but have not worried about that piece to much.

What worries me is that a post shows that IR is quoting a target price of over 40 for the company. I've never heard of an IR company starting a forward price based on PR. Sounds very fishy and likely unethical if true.
