If all the NEWS is out and stock does not react or goes down (which it should based upon dilution) what would make you stay in unless they can provide profitability guidance which you can translate into EPS?
And just wait until the TEAM starts paying themselves or starts paying back the $3 million in accrued salaries.
Especially if Adessky loses his right to practice law. In my opinion, they all need money (not sure about Azimov) especially Adessky who has likely racked up $150,000 in legal fees already trying to defend himself.
