No, sorry, the SEC and DOJ are not in on any conspiracy to protect some uber-conspiracy of short sellers.
Gosh, this sounds like the CM_X conspiracies that Crazy Al Hodges and Bill Frizzell claimed was resolved in a multi-trillion dollar "settlement" mediated by the Vatican and the UN. The huge settlement packets were always just around the corner.
It's hilarious how the same crazy, unsubstantiated claims are thrown about on SPNG again with no evidence and no specific illegal acts and no specific party names - just hand-wringing and innuendo.
Some things evidently never change in pennyscamland. It's never that the companies are pure SCAMS run by grifters - oh, no - it's some global conspiracy with the SEC and DOJ protecting a massive conspiracy of some unknown, unidentifiable boogeyman whose name is never spoken.
And again, there is NO PLAN "going forward". NONE. ZERO. ZIP.
