During the time that the whole TWOG merger was going on, TWOG's PPS was around .085 at times it rose over .02 and then dropped back. That was what I meant. IMO, it was and still is a scam.
Back to JPHC. Today's PR leads me to believe that this is a scam too. I sold every share I had. At one time I had high hopes for this company. But after this fiasco, I wouldn't bother to buy shares even if the deal fell through.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. It is a DUCK. This has turned into one LAME DUCK. Of course this is MY OWN OPINION and Nothing more.
