Today might be a good test - riding atop my short-term descending support (former resistance), the pre-market price is now bumping up against a medium-term descending resistance at ~$0.78 (today). There's another just above at ~$0.84, but it's nearly a year-long one and I don't know if it's in play.
Anyway, breaking above $0.78 would be another good technical sign I think.
