Of course Management releases (or chooses NOT) to release 8k whenever and however they like, irrespective of SEC Rules and Regulations. Examples of this are the departure of directors without notic (still no 8k) and the damage and non operation of the companies flagship processor (notice was given months late). I could go on and on and on, but you get the point

Ok never mind I answered my previous question. Here is my humble opinion, this company is dying to release good news and if they sell one they will announce it within 24 hours. To back my opinion I will say I think that what this company has put there investors through, I believe with the recent rise inn share price any decent person would want to share this good news with us to keep us from selling before such a good announcement.

So you're opinion it's probably backed by the recent expenses being paid out but wasn't that loan by Heddle enough to cover this stuff. Also I'm still puzzled by the timeline that the sec allows, so where is the announcement.
