I guess also it's a question of does buyback have #'s attached? At least for me. I know the buyback was mentioned April 29th. But I don't know if I have ever heard how much.
The other question is; is there a reason why when buyback happens, that any of us thinks it is supposed to happen in one huge buy, or is it possible that it could happen a little at a time (as $$$ allow)
Say for example 100 million shares. Could that be done in 4 or 5 parts? If that's possible then I think it would speak volumes if they started sooner rather than later. Kind of let's ppl on the sidelines know it's not just hot air.
