50 million preferred shares convertible to 50 BILLION common. Almost 2 billion shares added to the O/S and float last reported quarter. 1.7 billion shares traded last quarter.

The candy store has been set up and sold a few hundred $k worth of candy to retail. And as long as there are kids with money and a sweet tooth, they'll keep selling.
