I haven't verified that exact number, however, at the end of each quarter restricted shares where given as compensation to BOD members and have been recorded as such in the financials. Each time this has occurred it raised the number of OS shares. Also, GCI, via Romeo Cruz did swapped debt notes held for over 21m restricted shares in the 3rd quarter at a market rate of .005 per share, at plus 400% above PAR value.

Kingpin, Dmost summarized it all in his post. The 25 million shares you mention are the bonus given to officers on top of salaries. I confirmed with Cruz over the phone, the CEO and CTO have salaries and share bonuses. The BOD only bonus shares noted in the financials. Then you also have about 21 million shares with 12 month restrictions assumed at .005 per share, these are for salaries paid, manufacturing of products, and nutricompany.com monthly fee. All I can say imo is buckle up. GRCU
