It's the holidaze. The SEC is on skeleton staff until Monday, and then they have to shake off the cobwebs and start working on the backlog of crapola that has piled up since before Christmas Eve.
The fake PRs and the three newspaper articles are the two-by-fours that will break FITX's camel's back. Just don't expect immediate suspension action before Tues or Weds.
