Possibly. More likely this coming Tuesday. Might be Monday, but the SEC won't be back to full staffing until Monday, and they'll need to have at last one meeting to discuss the fake PR.
So, most likely Tuesday or Wednesday. Depends if they feel like getting a response from the company for its official position on the fake press releases or not before they suspend it.
I suspect they won't even ask, just suspend it based on the confusion in the marketplace over the faked interview PR and the IR firm's demand to have its name expunged from the PRs.
