unfortunately your explanation is correct if you are looking into the water from horizontal angle
it is not true when you do it from a lower angle.
the tethered system will always look to the target from a lower angle so you'll never be able to detect anything from 300ft away from you.

I believe your statement regarding FAA regulations concerning the use of polarized sunglasses by pilots is incorrect.

There is NO FAA reg that I know of, specifically banning the use of these lenses. The FAA does state they don't recommend they be used in the cockpit.

On a more relevant note, it's unreal how this stock price has declined. It figures though. ANY company that had ANY association with WSGI is bound to end up in the crapper.

It's a curse.
