Figure 4 in the OECD document you posted indeed shows Greece and Italy as the most obese countries among children and adolescents. I’m not sure why OECD and Bank of America (the source of the report cited in #msg-109511556) differ with respect to the ranking of the overall proportion of obese in these countries, but it’s not surprising that two models of obesity prevalence would have such a disparity.
