Patience—GSK is watching and waiting.

What do you make of the fact that the dosing level is 2,400mg/m2 in the European trial and 600mg/m2 in the North American trial. I understand that the MTD has not been reached in any trial to date but, even so, the dosing disparity between the two trials seems odd.
