Pleasant Kids "Where Healthy Begins" Progress Report

BURBANK, Calif., July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NYBD Holding, Inc. NYBD Pleasant Kids, Inc. (AQUA) America's premium supplier of naturally balanced alkaline water and all natural apple juice for children is proud to announce that our quarterly report is nearing completion and will be uploaded to OTC markets on time. We are pleased to announce that our revenue for the quarter is in excess of $50,000 (fifty thousand dollars) and the majority of the revenue was during the month of June. As of July 25th we have sold in excess of 53 pallets of our high alkaline water for kids, 40 of which are scheduled to be delivered in the upcoming week. We expect revenue for the month of July to be in excess of $45,000 (forty five thousand dollars). We anticipate that our pallet sales will more than double in the month of August and allow Pleasant Kids to begin to experience exponential growth quarter over quarter. We will quickly become a leader in the marketplace as we build the framework for global market penetration. We will begin to update more frequently as the desire of Pleasant Kids is to operate in a completely open and transparent way with our shareholders and investors. We have come a long way in a a short time and although we have experienced growing pains, the mission is still the same, to become the leading provider of healthy beverages for kids. We are as dedicated as ever and we won't stop until Pleasant Kids is on every shelf in the world. In an effort to support sales of our supermarket partners Pleasant kids is happy to welcome Sedanos grocers to the Pleasant Kids family. Sedanos grocers is a Florida based grocery store chain with 32 locations and growing. We are working with Sedanos on a 40 pallet order of our high alkaline water to be placed in their stores. We plan to begin delivery of these pallets in the upcoming weeks.
