I believe its the 6% note holder personally, they had the option to pick up an additional 2 million USD payment between NOV 15 - DEC 31 (they are typically only getting 1 million USD paid on their notes every month right now).

Im assuming only, but they may have requested that 2 million payment option this month and that is what we are seeing, if they are only holding 5% or less of the daily total O/S at any given time, it makes sense that they are requesting almost daily here until they are paid off.

So to add it up end of NOV - 1 million, between NOV 15-DEC 31 addition 2 million (optional), end of DEC - 1 million, a total of up to 4 million USD the 6% note holders could require the Company to redeem in just around 1 month.
