to get more stock at cheaper prices. they own shares at 10.00 from when they were acquired earlier this year.

They don't care what price they get. They get shares until the debt is paid in full. Not a specific amount of shares.

Its their option to hold onto the shares or sell them, they get the shares at discount to the current PPS, so if they sell them they are making money.

They dont have to sell them, but its quite obvious someone is getting shares here and selling them on a daily or every other day basis....this IMHO
