Good morning Gayle. Do you have any news regarding their previously announced reverse split which they said would be announced by Dec. 23rd which is today. If it's finalized it will change their whole share structure a lot. Anything you can provide us with to get the up to date share numbers would be appreciated. Respectfully, Richard
