All this Nestle talk is premature IMO. I think it is possible that it comes to fruition at some point. But to think we see that on this 10q sounds pumpish. All the pics floating around have been available since summer. In fact, they were posted here and Twitter multiple times.

I'm not saying it can't or won't happen but it won't be on this 10q.

If $MINE had a licensing deal with Nestle or with anyone, an 8-k would needed to have been issued. I don't believe one had been issued.
