I will be around looking for a lower re-entry point.

Everything they did last year to put the company on sound footing, apparently was not enough. They need more operating cash.

The R/S slashed my leverage and I bought 4 times afterwards.

Now with the potential S-3 dilution, mathematically, it's a big potential hit.

I won't be going away. I just don't own it today, anymore.
