I do follow you, you make good analysis, I am long VPOR. But I wish your numbers were right. I am afraid they are too optimistic and not too conservative. The average conversion rate, from the last 8K was 0.0037 or so. Since then, the pps has drifted downward and I am afraid the average conversion rate did the same as well (drift downward). SO In all I doubt we are half way through the convertible notes not held by Hanover. If I am not mistaking the balance was standing @ around @ least a million dollars. For average conversion below 0.0037, we talking 240 to 300 millions shares (if all convert). That would lead us to 760 millions to 820 millions shares. There fore your 640 millions shares are too too too optimistic. I am in a house of pain, but the fact of the matter these convertible note will drag us down or hold us back for quite some time if all were to be converted (excluding Hanover). I may be mistaking in my analysis (I wish I am). Long and strong VPOR

Since I'm more prone to looking at NET PROFITs as apposed to GROSS PROFITs , based on the last 10k see $1.6 in sales as a break even point for VPOR under current known expansion. Beyond that they should be home free on a controlled conservative growth rate. But in this sector it seems its an all out battle for market share and being conservative may leave one behind. BOTTOM LINE: It remains a risk no matter how one crunches the numbers but this sector looks good long term for the risk.
