Being on the BOD has nothing to do with holding shares in the company. In fact, it would be best if the board members did not, as it would represent a conflict of interest in making decisions that affect the direction of the company.

Technically, my freakin CAT could be on the bod. Since the company is being so tight lipped in this area, NOBODY KNOWS.

Although I did send an email to IR this morning asking that ONE question. We'll see if I even get a response.

Do you hold any position in QBID. You act like you have been planted here by Mr. Fan. By doing the R/S, Mr. Fan is making sure that his investment is secured. He does not give a hoot about the share holders. I can assure you and you can tell Mr.Fan that we have invested in QBID ( qtn) and if he does a 10000/1 R/S we are not going to sit quietly, while he takes advantage of our investments and Rip us off.
