Having been invested in this company for 15 years, I get a feeling of deja vu every time this happens.
Some event is positive or is interpreted as positive, mental and verbal speculation about it begins, there is considerable excitement and euphoria in certain quarters, followed by some buying.
The reality is that the stock price is at the same level it was in July 2014, basically about a nickel, having just come off the three cent level.
