Boris, you are exactly right! Anybody that has escrow shares should be elated with what has been uncovered. I do understand if one is on the wrong side of the fence and has been working exhaustively with many to ensure escrow share account holders do NOT have any chance. Makes you wonder why, unless one is benefitting in one form or another for doing this unjustly.
As AzCowboy would say one posit = ten billion similar to what Walrath posited in court that day referring to "if that were worth ten billion, should I not be concerned with who is getting it"? Yes, no doubt IMHO, there will be many, many posits coming!
It is almost funny because the ending of this travesty has all been decided in two months of court sealed mediation years ago and one would think they are trying to re-write history.
Yes, this too will fail miserably just as many PORs did UNTIL equity WAS INLCUDED and the PAYOUT MATRIX CHANGED allowing equity to receive what the original Piers Holders had planned. They are now capped and will NOT receive any spoils nor did they receive escrow shares.
