Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh really. Yates has butchered this stock beyond belief costing everyone here tons of money and you came here from the company to reach out to investors. You know what people think. When is Yates going to get this stock up instead of dragging it down.

I hope you know that if Murphuy doesn't own this company anymore, then the little amount of shares Yates has is not the controlling interest, and we own it. If that is the case, he can't do anything unless we vote on it, and we have the power to kick him out and replace him.

Yates has been with this company for 11 years. Can you explain to me why in those 11 years the investors never saw the light of day and always lost.

Can you explain to me about when Yates was in this company with the other CEO that trashed this company how close of friends him and the bad CEO were? Were they exream friends. And did the courts award the company to Yates, or did his buddy who was the old CEO and in trouble have the courts give the company to Yayes. And although the old CEO is no longer the CEO, does he have any ties to this company? And if he does, could you tell us about them?

Amazing how no one from the company will say who owns the company now. Does it have something to do with the cancelation of the 1 billion shares. And if so, doesn't that mean that we are now the controlling shareholders, and hold controlling interest in the company, and not Yates?

According to the SEC, if we are the controlling interest in the company, and have the most shares, doesn't that mean you work for us and not Yates?

Can you explain to us how this stock can be the top stock on the boards, and within a few weeks the price is about where it is now.

Yates got in a yes, no, yes, no thing about a RS. And finally he plastered it all over the place that no RS now but perhaps next year. Next year is a few weeks away. Do you know when next year?

Keep in mind at one time we wanted to know if he was going to do a RS and he said he would answer that in a CC and he never did until people kept pestering him for days later.

Do you think it is good for a CEO to avoid questions that mean a lot to stockholders.

What is impossible to understand is: Yates says he has a China contract. That would be so massive it would blast this stock to the next galaxy. If we have something so great, why isn't he talking about it, and is instead talking about other stuff? Did we lose that contract? Or did Yates lie and we never had it. We gave you money for your company. We have a right to know who owns it and what is going on.

Or are you not telling us because Murphy is out and we hold controlling interest. You think the SEC would be interested if that is the case?

Answer this question. Why has Yates been with this company for 11 years and the stock is at no bid. And why does he lie all the time. And why has the company never made a cent but Yates pays himself a massive salary with shareholder money.
