In that case, what exactly is VFIN selling at 0.0021? It doesn't really matter whether it's dilution or manipulation, someone is holding this in this channel and it won't break until they get what they want.

Either there is dilution through conversion or MMs are pushing it down and grabbing shares lower. Either way, it's not worth buying 19s when you know you can't get past 21s.
