American Career Centers Inc. to Permanently Close its Alpha Computer Solutions Subsidiary ``The board of American Career Centers Inc. has decided that the final disposition of these operations will best be determined in an orderly liquidation of Alpha Computer Solutions Inc.'s assets in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding.'' Virtually all of the company's revenues have been derived from the operations of the Alpha subsidiary. Future revenues are expected to come from the continued pursuit of the company's plan of introducing the Alpha Pyramid Curriculum in all major cities where this type of technology-based training is in high demand.
Acquisitions of this nature will require the company to be successful in obtaining the necessary capital infusions to complete these acquisitions, as well as the ability to use its equity to complete the purchases.
