This is EXACTLY how the PPA scam was worked, plenty of puff and huff up front about how great things were going to be then a gradual grinding down on the SP due to ludicrous levels of dilution, which is never recovered from.
FLPC isn't going to be a phoenix rising from the ashes, it has served the purpose intended and run its course.
