You guys have a serious job to do. I'm so jealous! I hope they provide you with water and crackers so you can get an accurate taste of each product. If you could (they may make you sign a non-disclosure agreement) please report back on the sweetness/sourness of the product and also if there is any kind of metallic taste or aftertaste.
