Because the damage was already done to attract unsophisticated investors who believe everything in a pinky press release.

Then the question is when was the press release that stated what you are talking about.

I bet I know the answer to that.

On 01/23/2014 the press release stated:

Mr. Osegueda and his investors group, will invest an initial $65,000 in Triton in return for the following:

a) The Triton Shell.
b) 450,000,000 shares of Triton.
c) 4,062,500 Shares of Privileged World Travel Club, Inc. (PVCL), priced at $1 a share, and disbursed to all the Triton shareholders as a dividend.

GRCU didn't say anything about the dividend until 06/09/2014 - that is exactly 4 months and 18 days - before GRCU stated anything about the dividend and the PVCL stock price - that was too late the damage had already been done.

So when you post the following:

You might want to get the facts straight.

4 months and 18 days after promising a $4 million dividend - means very little to those that bought stock based on the big dividend promise.
