Things have basically come to a grinding halt ever since one of the few buyers of Telvue was incarcerated.

I am assuming that when you state "they'll pick up shortly" you are referring to the average 50-100 share volume? I personally can't see much more of an increase in volume until this is back in the pennies or until they come out of the dark.
