I just don't see a merger happening. No we don't currently have a plant but we will in three months. We do have contracts which gives us the power in this situation. After all these years of trying to make it I don't see Mike giving up control. Possibly another acquisition type merger but without business and revs we could go after that company down the road with a lot more ease. IMHO
