Still please try the 6/50 override again for me with your current settings in the bear mode only.After the short the rsi 4 use the following.

Long NASI EMA (7) above NASI EMA (24)
Cash when NASI EMA (7) below NASI EMA(24) and NDX 6 d ema is above 50 d ema
Short NASI EMA (7) below NASI EMA (24) and NDX 6 d ema is below 50 d ema
