GG, I am assuming that the 8.845 million shares I mentioned are the number of shares owned before the reverse split. The percentage ownership would stay the same, but not the number of shares. I am also noting that at this time the reverse merger has not gone into effect yet, although there isn't much doubt that it will, IMO. After the split, IBCL will own just under 1 million shares of the new HNWS/NOVA.

GG, thanks for pointing that out.

I'm finally getting up to speed I thing but I have a question. Do you think that the 1 to 8.9 reverse split is in Nova shares? If so then that would put a value of ~.35 on HNWS shares, given the 3.125 price tag applied to Nova shares.
