I forgot to post that information. She said IBCL still owns the patents and Nova has the rights to use them. I was also concerned about the license agreement to manufacture and sell the former assigned products of IBCL. She clarified that this agreement means IBCL is the only one able to manufacture and authorize the sale of the patented products. The red flag I see here is that this agreement can be terminated at any time given a 60 day notice. That may be in there because of the cash problems of IBCL and whether they can produce the product in a timely manner.
Like I said before, I see Donk's prediction coming true in a modified fashion. After I got off of the phone with Deirdre I was thinking the exact same thing and then I read it from Lost.
All of the researchers are working for Nova now aren't they? Does IBCL even have a payroll? If they do then they aren't meeting it.
