you've got to be kidding. explaining in scientific terms is all they do and partially (IMO) why the pps is where it is. we know there are things they do not understand. I think they were of the opinion that the phase 2 results were going to be better than they were. and that everyone would understand they use of that now infamous word: may. wow!
