Hey there Dakota, I was getting that information from the 10QSB that was filed by IBCL recently. It says ...the Company retaining 4,453,421 shares of HNS (Approximately 28.7% of all then issued and outstanding shares of HNS).

Can you provide a link to the HNS filing so I can read all of it?
