Virgin and Cricket are both in the US market. Not only that but they target lower income people. If you don't have credit or bad credit, large phone companies make you pay a deposit. Lower income people don't have the money to pay $200 plus a phone cost. The above companies are month to month or can buy prepaid cards to add to it. These phones are easily replaced as well and good starter phones. Just a thought
