Not a sub penny stock yet... There's been lots if support at a penny. Somebody is trying tho, no question there.

No where near enough volume for the sky to be falling yet. Dilution is still minimal in the big picture.

That assumes that those who hold 50.1% of the shares are selling, and that some entity is able to buy all those shares. I think 95% plus of the shares being dumped are by convertible debt holders, and if someone was able to buy all those, and I highly doubt it since I've purchased a million shares at these prices, that still wouldn't be enough to take control of ERHC.
