I agree. This is the correct way to release new and exciting news about a company, you PR it! I guess tweets are OK for some clarifications and details, but major news needs to be PR'd like this.

IMHO, this is also telling us that they seriously want this PPS to be much higher then it is today. It also tells me that there isn't going to be a buy out between now and the end of January, but after January who knows what's going to happen! It's getting hot in here!
