You must be expecting an RS if you are waiting to sell at $0.006.

My guess is that NEOM can't even scrape up enough cash to pay the lawyers to properly get an RS done. But hang in there- YA may still get its Christmas wish for a big RS so they can stuff their pockets in time for the holidays.
