An outstanding team CTIX in the company and on the board. For me, any multi-national buy would be a trend/momentum type play, whereas most of the others will be a longer term view as once the slide starts it will continue for a long time. It has taken years to create this mess and the consequences will play out over years IMO. Thanks again for your board contributions. Be Green Always.
Disagreement makes a market. We agree on a lot. I diverge on the deflation opinion. I think Japan and Euro Zone will successfully export it for a period of time to spook our marke, but then we'll get QE infinity after an 87 style crash.
The notion that inflation is the real fear is not borne out by the numbers...listened to the dire warnings for the last 5 years and we are still at around 2.. it just never happened....Lots of smart folks think we are better off closer to 3....rising wages would be the single best thing to happen to an economy, 70% of which is driven by consumer spending....happy to trade some off the chart corporate profits for higher real wages across the board...
