I'm not saying that it's a deal that has been finalized yet. I was just saying that's definitely who they are targeting/negotiating with.
My thoughts are that the master dealer met with the stores they were interested in, then met with Nate to see what they prefer based on their options. They got a general idea in this meeting as to how big the initial order will be based on their preferred store and then sent the master dealer back to negotiate the final agreement with the store.
This is from the 11/21 PR:
"The Company expects to get additional information regarding where the product will be roll-out initially and the size of the initial order."
That's why, in my opinion, they placed the order for supplies today; because they now know the amount of supplies they need based on how large the initial order will be.
