The logo is a dicotyledon emerging from a pool of water.

They've offered product on unboltnow.com but as I said, the parent web-site is barely functional.

They've not trademarked anything, and in fact the name reservation has expired as of Nov. 4th. Another lack of follow through on QASP's part? It seems the only thing QASP ever follows through on are share dumps.
