At around the 12 minute mark of the latest presentation , Zerbe talks of being in very advanced stages of a commercialization agreement with an unnamed specialty pharma company and the migraine film is expected to be on the market :) in early 2016. I know this doesn't exactly address your question, but I'm wondering (investigating) what our relationship with Lohmann Therapy Systems entails and is there a connection to the migraine product. Could they be our new film manufacturer? Or are they the ones who caused the CRL in the first place? Some one please enlighten me for I don't know if I'm way off base here or not.
