Remember when they use to charge for that stuff. Every little upgrade cost. Now people just expect it.
The knowledge that is valuable is constantly changing. The knowledge that MSFT has use to be more valuable. Now they can't even charge for some of it. You just expect it to show up. Or else you're going to raise all bloody hell.
All MSFT has to sell is knowledge, so consquently their chart ain't looking to good of late.
